Remove the prop and reinstall it 180 degrees from it's present position. Also in the process make sure it is indexed correctly. Mark

I would also check with the shop that did the overhaul. I doubt that they did any thing wrong, but could offer some input on where to look. Ya never know they my work with you on getting the cylinder fixed back up.

How many years did it take to get the 300 hours? Mark

It helps to pin the wings and struts on with punches or phillips screw drivers. Then after the bulk of people go home ask one guy to stick around to wiggle while you put the hardware in. Another tip is to take your old bolts cut the head off and grind the other end down to resemble a "bullet" point....

The 172 would be great for right traffic. It looks like a 208 we had in our shop a while back. It had a encounter with a pecan tree top during a buzz/low pass.
