Charles

I hate to hear that after all of your work you will no longer make the spinners. I don't need one but I am sure that others on this site or future owners will.

I do understand how you feel.

Good luck in other projects

Re: Landing issues, any advice?

Just a thought but how much stick forward do you use on take off? When I was learning I used a lot of stick forward and it put a lot of pressure on the mains and tires and they wore fast. Re: Aeronca 7FC thoughts,,,,

The FC does not fit in the light sport the gross weight is over 1320 pounds. It is 1450 pounds.

I know I have one BUT it was made into a real airplane years ago (tailwheel)

Re: Tailwheel won't unlock...

I bet that is in the tail spring not in the tailwheel. The tailwheel has to be at the correct angle, I have seen that the tailwheel is to stright down and not streched out behind the tail.

Re: Real Gasket Kit for C-85 push rod tubes

Re: Real Gasket Kit for C-85 push rod tubes

It isn't too hard you just have to take a lot of parts off. exhaust, intakes ( makes it easier). Be sure and buy the $25 installation to for the springs. Yes I did it myself with an old A&P being sure that I did it correctly. I had just got my Powerplant license and will have the airframe finished in...

Re: STS radio adapter

Have you considered replacing the connector with a type that will fit in the hole on the radio and work with a plug that you have. I know this is obvious but why epoxy and make some thing permanant when it doesn't matter what the type plug as long as you have both the male and female plug with at le...
